Professional digital printing of all formats
Ralex has multiple professional Mimaki machines for solvent, eco-solvent and sublimation printing. Different technologies enable us to select the appropriate printing method according to the material, purpose, format and conditions to which the finished product will be exposed.
We print promotional films, banners and tarpaulin materials, textiles, flags and materials intended for illuminated signs.
From individual advertising elements to series production and large-format graphics, printing is organised within our in-house production, with the option of additional finishing, lamination and material preparation for further application or installation.
Our printing equipment
Three Mimaki printers cover a range of requirements – from 3.2m wide-format solvent printing and precise eco-solvent film printing, to sublimation printing intended for textile applications.
Mimaki SWJ-320EA
Professional solvent printer with a maximum print width of up to 3,200 mm.
We use it for banners, large advertising surfaces and projects where a greater material width reduces the number of required joins.
Mimaki JV100-160
Eco-solvent printer with a maximum print width of up to approximately 1.610 mm.
It is intended for high-quality printing on self-adhesive films, banner materials and other media for the advertising industry.
Mimaki TS100-1600
Dye-sublimation transfer printer with a maximum print width of up to approximately 1.610 mm.
We use it for sublimation printing of materials for flags, textile advertising elements, soft signage and corresponding textiles for illuminated advertising systems.
What are we printing?
Depending on the final use, we choose the appropriate technology, type of ink and material.
Foils
Printing of self-adhesive promotional films for shop windows, signs, objects, vehicles and other indoor and outdoor applications. If necessary, we also produce suitable films for illuminated advertising surfaces.
Banners and tarpaulins
Printing of banners and tarpaulin materials in various dimensions for facades, advertising structures, billboards, events and other outdoor advertising surfaces.
Textile
Dye-sublimation printing of materials for flags, textile advertising systems, soft signage, decorative graphics and suitable textiles for backlit systems.
Vehicle graphics printing
A large part of our production of printed self-adhesive films is also used within professional vehicle graphics.
Ralex undertakes surface preparation, printing, lamination and graphic application on cars, vans, lorries, tankers and other commercial vehicles.
We do individual vehicles, full or partial branding, as well as fleet branding in series.
Check out AutografikaLarge and mega format printing
When standard advertising formats are not enough, large-format printing production requires appropriate equipment, correct file preparation and precise print organization.
The Mimaki SWJ-320EA enables printing in widths of up to 3.2 m, which is particularly significant for large banners, facade graphics and other advertising surfaces.
For graphics that exceed the width of the material, the file is deliberately divided into segments, taking into account overlaps, joins and final installation.
Different applications of films and advertising graphics
Alongside digital printing, we also do plotter cutting, lamination, and demanding graphics applications on flat, curved, and non-standard surfaces.
Illuminated sign with cutting vinyl
This illuminated sign uses plotting vinyl, cut on a plotter/cutting machine and precisely applied to the advertising element. This type of processing allows for clean edges, solid colours and a neat finished look.
Printed foil on a spherical structure
On the spherical structure, digitally printed and laminated film was used, carefully prepared and applied to follow the geometry of the curved surface and maintain a clean finish.
Lamination and foil preparation
Along with the printing itself, we also provide lamination as extra protection for the printed vinyl when needed, as well as contour cutting and precise vinyl cutting for various types of graphics and applications.
Plotter cutting up to 1.6 m
On the cutter with a working width of up to 1.6 m, we precisely cut films for signage, logos, graphic elements and other applications that do not require digital printing.
Lamination up to 1.6 m
For lamination we use a larger machine with a working width of up to 1.6 m, as well as an additional smaller laminating machine. Lamination is applied when the printed foil requires additional protection, especially for graphics exposed to wear and tear and outdoor conditions.
From file to realisation
We can organise the entire process within our own production facilities, selecting only those steps that the specific project requires.
Preparation
Checking dimensions, file, resolution and material against the final application.
Press
Selection of solvent, eco-solvent or sublimation technology according to the project.
Lamination (if necessary)
It is optionally applied when the material, purpose or operating conditions require additional print protection.
Cutting and preparation
Contour cutting and preparation of graphic elements for application when the project requires it.
Application / finalisation
The material is being prepared for application, assembly, installation or collection as a finished product.
