Car graphics since 1996.
Almost three decades of experience in vehicle branding – from individual cars and vans to complete fleets, lorries, tankers and mixers.
Among the pioneers of autography in the region
Ralex has been involved in vehicle wrapping and digital printing since 1996. Over nearly three decades, we have developed our technology, equipment and working methods alongside the industry itself – from the first cut vinyls and simple lettering to modern digital printing, lamination and complete fleet branding.
Today, a large part of the process is carried out in-house: graphic preparation, foil printing, lamination, cutting, and final application. In this way, we have control over quality at every stage and can maintain the same visual standard on a single vehicle or across an entire fleet.
We brand passenger and delivery vehicles, vans, trucks, trailers, tankers, mixers and other commercial vehicles. Depending on the project, we carry out partial or full wrapping, as well as a combination of printed and cut vinyl.
Vehicle graphics for different types of vehicles
From a simple logo and contact details to a complete vehicle visual identity or serial branding of an entire fleet.
Passenger cars
Partial or complete vehicle branding, promotional graphics, lettering and visual identity adapted to the shape of the vehicle.
Vans and delivery vehicles
Branding of official and delivery vehicles with precise preparation of elements and consistent repetition of graphics across the entire fleet.
Fleets
Serial branding of a large number of vehicles with position, format and final application control on each vehicle.
Lorries and trailers
Truck, trailer and other commercial vehicle branding, ranging from individual lettering and logos to large-surface graphics and curtain-side branding, using printed or cut vinyl film according to purpose.
Tankers and mixers
Specialised applications on large and curved surfaces, including demanding industrial and transport projects.
Pre-branding repair
Where necessary, we carry out surface preparation and repair, grit blasting and painting of commercial vehicles prior to final branding.
From file to finished vehicle
The entire process can be organised within Ralex production, with the choice of material and technology according to the specific purpose of the vehicle.
Preparation
Check of dimensions, graphics, positions and preparation of the vehicle surface.
Press
Digital printing of self-adhesive film on professional Mimaki printers.
Lamination
Additional print protection against wear, UV radiation and external conditions.
Cutting
Precise cutting of elements, contours, lettering, and details on cutter machines.
App
Final installation of graphics on the vehicle with inspection of joints, positions and details.
Fleet branding
When the same visual identity needs to be applied to a larger number of vehicles, consistency and repeatability are of the utmost importance. The positions of the logo, lettering, graphic elements and colours must remain aligned across the entire series.
Due to our in-house printing, lamination, cutting and application, we can efficiently organise the batch branding of vans, passenger cars, lorries and other company vehicles.
This is particularly important to companies that want a recognisable and professional presence in the field through their vehicle fleet.
From preparation and painting to final vehicle graphics
With commercial and industrial vehicles, the job often doesn’t start with the wrap. When necessary, we first repair and prepare the surface, and then we carry out the final branding.
On projects such as tankers, mixers and other commercial vehicles, we can organise multiple steps within a single execution – from preparation and painting to final vehicle graphics, so that the vehicle ultimately achieves a coordinated and professional look.
Vehicle protection and preparation
The vehicle is being prepared and protected so that the next steps can be carried out in an orderly and controlled manner, providing a good foundation for further work.
Surface restoration
When the condition of the vehicle requires it, we organise body repair and painting so that the final graphics can be applied to an appropriate and visually clean surface.
Vehicle branding
Following preparation and restoration, the vehicle is ready for final branding and aligning its appearance with the client's or the entire fleet's identity.
Equipment behind vehicle graphics
Autografika relies on the same professional production infrastructure we use for large-format digital printing.
Mimaki JV100-160
We use it for high-quality printing on self-adhesive films and other media intended for the advertising industry and vehicle graphics.
Mimaki SWJ-320EA
We use it when a more intense and saturated print is required, with pronounced and strong colours, especially for graphics where the visual effect is a priority.
Lamination and cutting
Lamination extends the lifespan of the print, while cutter machines enable precise preparation of elements prior to vehicle application.
Foil is not just printing
For quality vehicle graphics, good graphics alone are not enough. The choice of appropriate film, correct printing, proper lamination and professional application are all important.
We choose the material type according to the vehicle geometry, graphic size, expected lifespan and the conditions in which the vehicle will be used.
For curved and demanding surfaces, proper preparation and the installer's experience are particularly important to ensure the graphics remain stable and visually clean.
